      Market hours (comparatively to other finance roles), nice office, clear career development paths and training, one of the best HR departments I have experienced

      Definitely felt like we were the ugly step-sister to Barclays Capital when it came to investing in the future of the investment platform and business

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
