Pros
Excellent firm culture; most people enjoy working together and achieving common goals; not too much of hierarchy, and easy to speak to these in decision-making positions; and overall, the people team is very good. There are also great benefits; volunteer opportunities; social events. There is gym. Always able to take time off when necessary.
Cons
Sometimes too much of unnecessary paper-pushing that delays getting work done. Red tape needs to be reduced to a reasonable level. Management does not always take the time to really know what the subordinates need. Important issues like advancement and growth need to be addressed in more detail. People sometime not sure what they will get from the job down the road.
