Pros
There are good training and development opportunities (online and classroom training). In addition there is excellent internal research and a high knowledge base among peers.
Cons
It is a large firm and at any large firm there are politics that make it difficult to work and learn as efficiently as possible. Sometimes it is difficult to excel compared to your peers.
