      Nothing good, before joining the company the hr showed me what are the values and culture of barclays

      HR is pathetic can even play with the career dont resign till you get the written confirmation from barclays hr, they can go so down to save their jobs and play with your career. Wish can give in negative for culture and values

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
