1.Able to serve well-known brands. 2.Experience in cross-departmental co-operation with operations team and design team. 3. Staff shopping is cheap, restaurants, coffee shops, gyms etc. with fantastic facilities. 4.Lots of free courses available, no need to spend extra money on further education.
Cons
1. Work-life balance is difficult. 2. Famous brand's group works a lot of overtime, especially for Double 11 Festival. 3. Few promotion opportunities.
