Pros
Great luxury hotel brand, well known and highly regarded in Asia. Generally nice people to work with, employees offered excellent perks such as vouchers to visit and experience the hotels and spas.
Cons
Lack of structure, processes and communication in most departments. Senior management do not share long-term company vision or objectives, lack of linked up thinking or sharing of best practices between departments.
