      Good career path. Flexible hours / Good company benefits. Overall good atmosphere with the teams. Well managed, good CEO.

      Cons

      Work overload. Low salary. High salary disparities that cannot be justified. Best and hard working employees are not recognized at their value. Project not super interesting. Old fashioned company with strong hierarchical stacks and lack of initiatives / continuous improvements.
