Bullying Culture - Manager Bankable Employee Review

For a small company it is disturbing how they have allowed such an aggressive bullying culture to fester and can only assume it is approved from the top. Employees within the team were genuinely fearful for their jobs if they made an error and bullying tactics of abusive language were actively encouraged from the manager. I.T. software was not fit for purpose when working from home.
