Cons
Zero time to work tickets. Constant phone calls. Expected to know things that you would only know if you've done this for a decade plus. I was put in a position that I had to work off the clock (no overtime allowed) in order to complete work on tickets; otherwise I would have been written up/put on a PIP. (I would like to point out that I was at one point a top performer in my department and not slacking or lazy). Constant policy changes to keep up with, and some of which contradicted themselves. During my time here, they froze internal promotions. They had a clearly defined promotion path that was in my opinion unachievable due to the constant changes, promotion freeze, and nature of the work.
