Fast paced, opportunity to learn, going from entry level to management happens all over the company

MSP pace will burn some people out.

This is a genuine group of people who care. We work at a fast pace, which keeps things interesting, and your supervisor, manager, VP, and SVP will be technically knowledgeable and understand the work you do. That's pretty unusual; in MSP, you typically report to a business-first manager, not a tech-first manager. Very rare. We also have free lunches, snacks, and other perks all the time. That's a huge benefit. Employee appreciation, As someone who's been a manager for a long time in this organization, I can say we put a lot of thought into the future of our technology capabilities. We are constantly improving and working on our systems to offer a better experience for our clients, partners, and employees. Additionally, as someone who has worn many hats in the organization, I can honestly say you won't find a better career home than here. Everyone is friendly, transparent, and honest. The second you feel like you mastered something, you'll get a new challenge. Something else I want to call out is that this org will give you a chance. I still remember when our new SVP (many years ago) said some version of "You want to be a manager, kid? You can do it, I believe in you) and I think about it often. They really invest in your career and you as a person.

If you are not performing, someone will discuss it with you. It's really a pro, but if you want to do the minimum, that won't happen here. No pension? I don't know—it's pretty great.
