      I wanna say welfare but they have low salary and bonus so there is no pros.

      Cons

      -micro management, they control you like controling a robot -OT culture, they will blame you if you dont answer phone call after working hours -bad environment: smelly toilet, no window no sunlight, borken and old equipment, uncomfortable chair -low salary, no promotion, bonus less than a month
