Management micro manages, they say it's not about sales but it is. They ask you to do alot but nothing in return for there employees. The only way to earn some type of bonus is only through our customers winning the greatest savings bonus for customers. Then they put your branch in a drawing each month, which would be great but it's every branch they own in one drawing. So the liking hood of getting your branch a bonus is very slim. They talk about us breaking record numbers but only award one branch a month. Instead of just giving us a bonus that we have worked hard for them to get so much breaking record numbers. Plus it's constantly understaffed and no help from other branches when there's only one teller and an account opener. Honestly just do your time and go to another bank.
