There are a lot of times, my team has to do work that is outside of our scope and the manager doesn't give us the correct instruction or guided us. The range for fresh grad is also the lowest amongst other banks. In the last 10 months, 4 of my team members resign because of my manager. The company doesn't have a clear vision of what they want and keeps pushing their staffs even outside of office hours. There are also no career progression and growth. Most potential staffs left the company because the feel under appreciated.
