      Great Office, People, Lunch and Breakfast. Great team to work with both in India and Australia. Office is a fun place to work for a Rails developer.

      Micromanagement, stops anyone from reaching their potential. Trusting people to get their work done without over interference is critical in getting people to max their potential.
