Thanks for writing your grievance. Unfortunately, you were unable to deliver to the expectations and had to part ways. You were paid the highest and you couldn't do a demo of the product despite working for more than 3 months. The team suspected that you were working on another job as you were not available on Slack communicator during core business hours. Wish you all the best in your next endeavours.

The delivery speed and growth pace at Banfico are great. I was pleasantly surprised to find a company like this in Coimbatore.
If we are asked to work late for urgent deliveries, we are compensated with extra paid leave.
Company day is celebrated with a weekend trip, which is really fun.
We get a bonus at the end of the year if we do well. This is not offered for everyone, though.
Cons
More structured technical training is needed to work on banking projects to help new joiners.
Roles and responsibilities need to have better clarity. Often BAs and senior developers seem to pass on the blame and responsibility to each other.
Though it's a global company, they do not offer any on-site opportunities, which is disappointing.
