Pros
The people are great, the health care is insanely good. The gym and preschool on site is convenient to give you a good work/life balance. I enjoy my work and team, and get to go home to my family and not be stressed about work at 11 pm or the weekends.
Cons
I like being in the office but if you're looking for remote work, this isn't the place for you. Pay is average-fair, for the area, especially tech, and there's limited stock options.
