Pros
A good place to learn finance and the role of an investment bank. Starting as an intern or a junior analyst, one is able to work with different areas of the bank and will improve its skills with very technical senior staff. People are friendly in general, creating a nice environment to work.
Cons
The bank lacks management in general. The annual business plan must of the times are not achieved because the people responsible to make it happen do not believe in it, and the areas do not operate helping each other as they are supposed to.
