Pros
I worked for Banc first for several years. I only quit to be a stay at home mom to my son. As a whole the Norman office was like a family, everyone helped each other. Management was always there to help and listen. They had good benefits. They pay to send employees to training.
Cons
As with any company, when you get a bunch of people together you will have some bickering. For the most part it was kept at a minimum
