We appreciate your thoughtful feedback and are honored to hear your support and enthusiasm for our product, as well as the people who make our company great. We understand that transitioning back to an office environment may present challenges for some team members, and we're committed to making this process as smooth and supportive as possible for team members.
The decision for sales to go back to the office 3 days a week was determined by a need for collaboration, innovation, and maintaining our company culture. While remote work has its benefits and will remain an option for many Bambooligans, both current and future, we believe that in-person interactions foster creativity, teamwork, and a sense of belonging that is essential to our success.
That being said, we understand that individual circumstances vary, and we're committed to being flexible and accommodating where possible.
We value the feedback of our team members, and we encourage open communication as we navigate this transition together. We also would love to hear your thoughts around how we can improve our product, and would encourage you to share with your leader/skip-level leader directly, as well as other relevant teams.
