* They changed the definitions of what constitutes a "set" and regardless of how terrible the set is you're required to convert it to an opp for a deal that'll never close and it destroys your conversion rate
* A very low % of AE1's actually reach monthly quotas or get promoted. And their answer to this and in hopes of those increasing their conversion rates? It was cut to the number of at bats they're cutting by half. It's a disastrous move if you're an AE1.
* Pay for sales executives is well below industry minimums and standards.
* The new CRO has some good ideas, and while overall revenue may be on a slight increase, the number of deals/logos has gone downhill.
* My guess is sooner or later they'll get rid of the AE1 teams and give all their leads to the AE2's and 3's or they'll go back to the original cutline.
