      Pros

      Everyone works hard and no one slacks. Hiring process is rigorous, thorough yet pleasant and reassuring that you are picking the right job for you. Generous time off policy without falling into the "limitless" time off trap (which most of the time turns into not really ever feeling comfortable taking time off at all). You work hard then you go home and no one calls you at home asking you to work more. I feel genuinely cared about as an employee. Work is satisfying and fulfilling. Many more benefits but those are the main pros.

      Cons

      No organization is perfect but BambooHR recognized this and works very diligently to overcome deficits. Nothing that isn't perfect about BambooHR is worth detailing here as nothing is ever off the table to talk about with your manager. I've been at a lot of places that paid lip service to that but didn't really live up to it. Bamboo talks to the talk and walks the walk. It's very refreshing.

      Pros

      If you find the right pockets of culture and leadership, you will LOVE it at Bamboo. The Marketing, Technology, HR, and Finance organizations have fantastic leaders who truly care about their employees. There are many opportunities to grow within these departments and career paths are clearly defined. Pay is not great, but the benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      There are SO many snakes in the grass here. Especially within the CX and Sales organizations. CX and Sales leaders are always looking for ways to hurt each other and they do - frequently. The organization is is going through a big growth phase, but it means that the pressure is INSANE right now. There are too many projects happening at once and no one cares about how it affects other areas of the org.
