      Pros

      Work environment will vary from branch to branch. flexibility is an A++ Efforts to reach community. Updates collection frequently. Managment listen to their employees

      Cons

      Most of the staff is part time with low hours or pay. Redundant positions like "Shelver" still exist when everyone essentially could be "CA II" Not alot of room/chances for promotion on circulation side. (*Internal exployees seems to compete with external applicants for openings*) May feel Dead-End from circulation side.

      The management team at my branch was skilled, empathetic, and collaborative

      Cons

      No cons really. My branch is across the street from a middle school, so teenagers are very much that Branch's bread and butter.
