Pros
Office conveniently located, decent health benefits.
Cons
The internal culture is severely damaged by a "quid-pro-quo" management style that is openly ignored/continued by executive leadership. There is a "high school" atmosphere where career progression is based on personal loyalty and "scratching each other’s backs" rather than performance or merit. Leadership chooses to remain willfully ignorant of these dynamics, which has led to yes sir no matter what. Furthermore, the executive has used power to create/influence false narratives, decided to not work with top talent in the industry due to their lower intelligence and higher ego.
