Cons
General Manager, entering equipment not locked out, and cleaning machinery, (Friends with Area Manager) swept under rug. HR calls employees personal cell phones after hours (11pm) at night, reported next morning to management and ignored. Employees both hourly/salary work 60-70 hours a week. Employees are disciplined for emergencies outside of work, probation appointments, calling off sick, and taking care of loved ones. Employees are not held accountable for performance.
