      disconnect days are great. Lots of freedom on the job.

      Cons

      Alan Whitman stepped down as CEO and everything is backtracking from there. New CEO instituted yearly charge goals, lowered number of disconnect days, etc.

      Company had great health insurance benefit.

      Season employees for few months in a year. Didn't see any cons.
