Hours are very long, big 4 level honestly on some clients- so you're working as much as you would at the Big 4 without being able to put a big 4 on your resume. Partners don't particularly care about the staff, managers and some supervisors give poor instructions and can get frustrated quickly at staff. Generally found it difficult to learn on jobs as everything was focused just on billables to the client and getting the work done as fast as possible.
