- Management plays favourism card - Low pay for seniors compared to the new joiners that has no experience - Have too much trainings and block leaves even after peak period - Majority of the trainings are arranged pre or post PH - Planner looks like do not know how to plan jobs properly and keep farming senior or the booking is too less to begin with.
