The level of micromanagement in Baires is stellar, do you know how horrible it is to feel the anxiety every time you will start to work, dont have to think about it because Baires is the place for that. You are completely replaceable and nothing more than a tool not even a human for them, there is no progress, no feedback, no moment for you to improve. I am pretty sure that the recruiters hate the job and hiring for such a company.
