Pros
- Easy process and software - ok commission - ok staff - good quality frames and lens - fairly priced products
Cons
- the Dr. I was working with was very picky - SM was moody which made the work environment unbearable sometimes. - you don’t get commission if the store doesn’t meet the target (im not sure if this still the same). The flaw in this system is that not everyone puts in the same/equal effort to meet the target.
