1. Had somewhat of an ability to introduce new initiatives to improve department efficiency 2. Technology and tools were current to industry standard 3. The Learning and development provided training to strengthen skills for current and future positions.
Cons
1. Lack of vision leadership 2. New ideas were shot down if not raised or introduced by upper management 3. Not whiling to work a along with other departments for improvement in resort efficiency 4. No proper documentation to determine strength, weaknesses and opportunity for advancement 5. No concern about staff’s daily mental and physical health while in a box of an office for 8 hours.
