Management is patient and flexible. They will work anyone who is respectful and able to learn. I am neurodivergent and a caregiver for family members. Management works with me when home life needs more of my focus. When I am struggling to understand and/or learn something they are very patient and willing to adjust to my learning style.

Management is always getting us coffees and tempting us with treats, hard to maintain a healthy diet working here. Also sometimes managers get into talkative moods and distracts everyone from work. I can be a problem for those who have concentration problems.

Teamwork is the dream work. Started off as CS and moved to Sales. Told my bosses my goal to move into a different department and we all worked as a team to make that happen. Everyone is treated fairly and if you feel like you're not, you can vocalize it without fear. Management will bend over backwards and do some epic gymnast tricks to work with everyone. Even if it's to the detriment of the department. They will do everything to help with the goal of a better future for all.

Free Starbucks when you're trying to cut down on caffeine and watch you weight because the boss is an enabler.
