Starting my career at a small agency like Badger has been amazing. Our work is passion focused and aligns with our agency initiatives and values. From the start, I have felt valued and supported by my team and have been given responsibility and recognition that has pushed me to become better at my craft. Since starting, I have worked on some of our biggest clients, and traveled with the team to shoots and editing sessions—which is something not every junior gets to experience at a bigger agency.
