Pros
Backbase has a strong culture of continuous evaluation and improvement. I really appreciate the autonomy I have, which creates a great sense of responsibility and growth. There is also a clear encouragement to try new things and innovate, which makes the work dynamic and motivating.
Cons
Because things move quickly and there’s always a lot happening, sometimes projects can feel a bit rushed. It’s part of the fast-paced culture, but with a little more time and focus, outcomes could be even stronger.
