      Awesome management, with a true human approach to the team and our clients. Love that we develop great relationships and true partnerships with our clients. The flexibility is amazing, and support is always there when needed.

      Cons

      I'd have to dig deep to think of anything. This wouldn't fit for everyone - requires a lot of self-motivation and discipline.
