Awful company to work for. Do not work here if you want to feel valued, heard, or welcomed. “Bonuses” were never obtainable and expectations were absolutely ridiculous for staff. The higher ups are so disorganized and do not care about their employees. They only care about offering the next “popular” service as quickly as possible without getting their staff trained. It was a constant battle with management trying to push back to ensure services offered were done appropriately. Employee turnover rate is incredibly high and they clearly don’t do any introspection to change that, likely because they are extremely resistant to feedback and recognizing they’re running a careless business.
