Been working at Bacharach since late 2020, and although there is a very high operational tempo, the culture is professional and supportive. Plenty of learning and career development opportunities for someone looking for a long term investment. Speaking from an administrative perspective, there are a lot of creative challenges at this company due to the constant changes in the market.

Certain administrative positions may seem initially overwhelming to new employees. However, there are plenty of patience co-workers that will take time to help get you through that learning phase.

Hired on FT 3-1/2 months ago from a Large Fortune 200, spent time visiting Customers and company locations learning the market, products and technologies. Was involved in the recent creation and release of the 3 year Company Vision, Mission and Strategy. Very excited to be on board at such a pivotal time to help grow the business!
