The GM is awful. She is so rude in the way she handles not only employees but patrons as well. She is the owner sister and is always condescending. She also openly talks negatively about the staff and different people that are dining in.
Tip pool system, people who don't work enough get to make the same amount of tips as you. The management does not manage, nor do they fix daily issues. No working A/C seems to be present, so the wait staff works under 90 degree weather. They don't show you how much you make a day. They only pay you every two weeks, and you can only get the check on Wednesdays between 2pm-4pm.
