- Great salary and benefits - They would host happy hours for associates - Most people were friendly
Cons
- Even though it's technically a mid-size firm, it's easy to feel like a small fish in a big pond - Like most law firms, it felt like the equity members were only looking out for themselves during the hard times. They asked some new members to go back to being senior attorneys and it was pretty demoralizing for associates to see this.
