Pros
My manager is very knowledgable and a kind person. Most colleagues are very supportive and responsive to your questions. I love the working environment here. People are not supposed to be 24 hours online, very flexible working hours.
Cons
Only 10 days federal holidays and 20ish days PTO, no sick leave at all. As far as I know paid maternity leave is very short too.
Some colleagues brag all day, they don't know much but they pretend they do. Some people even take results from other teams to present as his own work. This is the hiring manager's problem to hire such people.
