- Inefficient processes - SOPs are a mess and unclear - Consistently heard other team members feel overwhelmed or over bandwidth but no changes - Dev team constant hold up and as other review mentioned but no accountability there - Managers need a lesson in what it means to be an actual leader

Some great and talented individuals to learn from.

Poor pay for the amount of work. Leadership does not hold dev team accountable for delays. Micro Management with poor processes. Many employees overworked.
