Pros
The best thing about BWW is that you can leave your work at work...just don't give them a reason to give you remote access to their absolutely archaic systems. The staff workers are friendly enough, but the despair thickens the air and clouds every interaction. BWW major's export to the DC region is offering every decent place to work people with generic office experience. If you are straight out of school this is a place that will offer you the generic office experience that you'll need for resumes if you didn't do internships for one reason or another.
Cons
You may be able to leave your work at home, but the culture and environment will stick to your soul. This is by far the most corrosive and emotionally draining office environment that one can imagine. The work is not hard by any means, but the management, systems, and policies make it so that it near-impossible to get something done. Just look at my "advice to management" section and draw your own conclusions.
