BWCI is a very good place to work, and very mindful of its employees work life balance. The partners show good flexibillity in allowing staff time off or wfh if they have family issues etc. The pay is competitive if not world beating but they also dont expect you to work till midnight every night

Its a relatively small company with c130 employees so rapid advancement can be an issue
