Great work environment - Prp Counselor BTST Services Employee Review

From the moment, I was interviewed by Dermetra and Valerie I knew this organization was one where they wanted to see you win. This was also confirmed by the 10/10 training I had with Tasha. I still work here and truly feel that it’s an agency that wants to do good, hire good and spread the good for many years. Do they have areas of growth? 100%. We all do. But I do feel like this agency is led by good hearted people. CEO Simon and Jada= 10/10 good and down to earth humans.

There’s been a lot of changes and it’s sometimes hard to keep up. That being said, I still find the agency supportive and willing to listen.

Consistent pay and no assigned clients for supervisors

Dishonest leadership, lackluster benefits, inappropriate client referral processes, limited freedom to supervise, no laptop/tech provided, heavy focus on building wealth, limited continuing education, and possible ethical violations.
