      Pros

      From my childhood my father is running the hotels,like that I got intrest. In hotel industry and I did the hotel management and worked in several hotels in these 18 years,Even I am experience in cooking also in South Indian,North Indian,Chinese,and special in hydarabadi biriyani.

      Cons

      Controling the food cost,giving the good quality,quantity,hygenic food,making the standards,like,ISO,SOP,,FSSAI.

      For the growth of my organization, which in trun is my growth. Good planing / annalytical skills and accepts higher level of responsibility.........

      Effective problem solving skills and strong interpersonal skill. Strong sense of commitment and loyalty to the organization. High effective intelligence and decision making ability. Excellent communication skills. Investigation and leadership skills. capacity to work long hours to meet deadline. Physically and mentally tough. Very adaptive to work.
