1. Excellent career development opportunities within the CT team and a good way into other parts of BT for a senior management position. A lot of opportunities to work with senior management 2. Dynamic culture – average age of people in the team is 29 with an exceptional high entry standard. I enjoyed working with intelligent and smart people in the team and everyone helps each other. many opportunities to social with peers 3. Interesting and challenging projects – All projects I have worked on so far have strategic importance to the BT Group. Every 5-6 months, I move to a new project and learn something new (either a new business process or a new product). Most importantly, you can see the impact you are making to a business, which is a big satisfaction to me.

1. very competitive and high peer pressure - everyone was a star before joining this team, so you need to prepare to roll your sleeve and work hard - nothing is granted simply because you have a MBA from LBS or worked for McKinsey 2. Sometimes, the stakeholders can be difficult to engage and manage, and it is out of your control 3. Rapid expansion of the team in recent years from 30 people to 300 people - a lot to do on team development
