Pros
Most employees were good at their jobs and happy to be working there. They had a decent portfolio of services to sell and was looking to move on the right direction for telecom
Cons
Support was s major issue. Their management style was pretty disjointed. Always concerned about down sizing and people not comfortable if they were going to be able to keep their jobs.
