Pros
Fantastic working environment with enormous scope to move around the business. Customer care is at the fore front of everything which is refreshing for such a large organisation. Quite literally nothing BT cannot do for a client.
Cons
A lot of instability at the moment with potential work force reduction as they merge multiple groups and at the same time prepare for the integration of EE
