Pros
Great team and investment in leadership. Long history of internal bias is being over-corrected with heavy bias on external talent, often without same depth or breadth of expertise.
Cons
Good is the enemy of great as a case study. Ultimately I think they will figure out how to compete with Amazon and leverage their physical stores to delight guests.
