Pros
Quite good salary, but if you count that you have to work in 3 shifts, it becomes relativey worse... The 3 shifts alllow you to go to university, being still full time.
Cons
Completely exhausting, they don't deal with any of the human aspects of workforce, nor in workload, neither in the construction of offices. I hardly received any training for my job, because it was so urgent for them to start working - therefore almost nobody knew what to do, how to manage some problems. If you need help, nobody helps, because neither they know the solution and they are busy. They fired me at the end of my probation period just because it turned out I was pregnant - there was no problem with my work, and there was a huge lack of manpower in my field then (Italian + English speaking assistants).
