Pros
Can be a good employer for someone who's not very ambitious and just wants a job. Good experience due to scale and complexity of a big firm
Cons
Bad culture, a lot of bad behaviour (unfriendly, disrespectful), poor line managers, a lot of people who are not very good at what they do and don't even try. Very political. Stingy, resources are not in the right places, they try to squeeze the life out of a few good people whilst allowing poor performance from others
